📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and select an option matching their budget • Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions • Help customers finalize insurance policies • Provide friendly, high-quality customer experiences • Sell insurance to inbound users; no cold calling

🎯 Requirements

• Retail/service background, such as Apple Store, Chick-Fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco • Customer-service orientation and commitment to exceptional hospitality • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment while handling multiple tasks • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have or obtain the required insurance/P&C license • Full-time availability
