📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed in a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define business problems, questions, and decision criteria before analysis • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps • Drive initiatives through execution and measurable business outcomes • Support Jerry.ai's expansion from car insurance into home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical-asset services

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Analytical proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
