📋 Description

• Own and evolve annual budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple organizations • Lead monthly and quarterly reforecasting cycles aligned with business priorities • Partner with Finance and Accounting to manage accruals, reporting, and system updates such as Anaplan • Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making and planning • Leverage AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and scale of financial and operational work • Design and implement automated forecasting and reforecasting workflows • Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation initiatives • Partner with Engineering and systems teams to enhance and scale existing tools • Develop scalable reporting and dashboards using BI tools • Deliver insights for strategic decisions across CREWO and partner teams • Support ad hoc and ongoing analytics needs across multiple organizations • Lead and support high-priority roadmap initiatives • Drive project execution in ambiguous environments • Connect teams to ensure initiatives are scoped, tracked, and implemented successfully

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in business operations, financial operations, analytics, or a related field • Experience working in cross-functional environments and supporting multiple stakeholders • Active user of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot • Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan preferred • Experience working with Workday or similar enterprise systems preferred • Experience building financial models or supporting budgeting/forecasting processes preferred • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira preferred • Background in corporate real estate, finance operations, or related functions preferred • Able and willing to travel nationally approximately 10-15% of the time
