📋 Description

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business questions analyses should answer and the decisions they should inform • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the appropriate next steps • Drive initiatives and execution through to measurable outcomes • Help Jerry.ai expand its app for managing car, home, and other physical assets

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in one of the eligible hiring locations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
