📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Promotional Specialists to execute on- and off-premise sampling programs • Own day-to-day market execution, staffing promotions and coaching Promotional Specialists • Act as the local point of contact for client field marketing • Gather client product and industry information and report competitive market activity • Staff on-premise, off-premise, brand, trade, and special events • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure quality standards meet client expectations • Provide direction, expectations, constructive feedback, and personnel leadership • Manage performance issues and conflict resolution for part-time specialists • Manage promotional material inventories, storage units, client equipment, and assets • Conduct debriefing sessions and share insights with the Regional Sampling Manager and Directors • Monitor and audit Promotional Specialists' budget spend daily • Complete expense reports, manage program budgets, maintain event calendars, and track execution against goals • Maintain accurate records and inventory of client assets • Ensure compliance with all state rules and regulations and the integrity of reported information

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of adult beverage experience preferred • Familiarity with on/off-premise marketing initiatives • Prior promotional agency experience preferred • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must have reliable transportation • Must have access to a smartphone • Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and event assets as needed
