📋 Description

• Support delivery of energy and decarbonization solutions to global real estate partners • Support technical project delivery for energy and decarbonization solution development, energy benchmarking, and reporting • Perform technical asset-level analysis and desktop portfolio analysis • Support building performance standard compliance efforts across the US, including NYC LL97 and BERDO • Use Microsoft Excel and third-party analysis tools to develop decarbonization pathways for corporate occupier and owner/investor real estate clients • Interact with clients on decarbonization advisory scopes and develop collaborative decarbonization targets, including SBTi • Support project documentation, research, weekly meetings, reports, and technical memos • Help develop and evolve technical solutions for sustainability consulting services • Support data management processes, analysis capabilities, third-party tool identification, and client-facing deliverables • Collaborate across the North American Sustainability Consulting platform • Support sustainable building design and operations initiatives, including LEED, WELL, and Fitwel • Support ESG portfolio advisory for real estate corporate occupiers and owner/investor portfolios

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, energy/engineering analysis, and/or decarbonization/energy efficiency • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field • Understanding of building design, construction, and operations across multiple real estate asset types • Previous experience with site visits and client engagement • Strong analytical and creative critical thinking skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis • Master’s degree in engineering, sustainability management or real estate is a plus • Demonstrated experience in technical data analysis and/or engineering delivery, client engagement, and presentation delivery preferred • CEM certification is an asset • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
