📋 Description

• Assist the project manager in overseeing project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control • Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • Support reviewing, negotiating, and administering vendor and supplier contracts • Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation • Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain project budget records • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with project-related tasks • Support delivery of real estate and construction projects from initiation through completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field • 2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion • Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits • Schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
