📋 Description

• Provide process coordination and tracking for building technology operations across assigned client accounts • Coordinate vulnerability remediation, patch tracking, risk prioritization, task assignment, and escalation of stalled items • Own end-of-life designation records and coordinate replacement scheduling, exception management, and lifecycle milestones • Maintain asset inventory accuracy in CMMS/ITAM platforms and coordinate corrections with site contacts, integrators, and product owners • Support asset discovery, change requests, package requests, testing documentation, baseline updates, and release-cycle coordination • Coordinate managed services vendors and integrators, track commitments, maintain vendor risk registers, and surface delays and third-party risks • Manage work queues and intake triage, track operational risks, and drive burndown of open items • Produce leadership dashboards, KPI reports, compliance summaries, EOL registers, vulnerability burndown reports, and change-cycle metrics • Document governance meetings, action items, owners, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments • Maintain operational runbooks, process documentation, and baseline standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, or a related technical field; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree • Sufficient familiarity with BMS, OT, and IoT building technology • Working knowledge of CMMS/ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow • Familiarity with patch identification, tracking, and baseline documentation workflows • Familiarity with vulnerability management concepts, including CVE scoring, patch prioritization, and EOL risk • Familiarity with managed services contracting • 3+ years of experience in technology coordination, program management, or IT service management within a large enterprise environment • Experience managing concurrent remediation tracks, work intake queues, risk registers, and program milestones • Experience producing governance-ready dashboards, EOL registers, compliance summaries, and KPI reports • Experience facilitating governance meetings with documented action registers • Ability to coordinate across internal IT teams, facility management partners, and external managed service vendors • Detail-oriented and process-driven approach • Clear and concise written communication skills • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: experience in a regulated enterprise environment, financial services preferred • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, PMP, or equivalent program/service management credential
