• Serve as JuneShine Brands’ operational representative across assigned contract manufacturing partners • Build relationships with production, quality, and plant leadership while supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations • Walk production floors across bottling, canning, shot-bottle, and Snap Pack lines to monitor execution, identify risks, and support launches, scale-ups, and improvements • Verify production readiness through inventory spot checks, production documentation, and ERP accuracy • Process production work orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing records in Ekos • Investigate operational and quality issues and develop practical solutions with internal teams and manufacturing partners • Bridge communication between manufacturing partners and Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance teams • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance, communication, and partner execution
• Must reside in the United States • Must be 21 years of age or older at time of application • 2+ years of experience in beverage, food, CPG, or manufacturing, including contract manufacturing operations • Experience with ERP or production management systems, with Ekos preferred • Experience managing work orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing documentation • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management, including impacts on cost, quality, and supply • Strong relationship-building, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Able to travel approximately 60% or more, with additional travel during launches and key initiatives • THC, hemp-derived, cannabis, alcoholic beverage, or other regulated beverage manufacturing experience is a plus • Experience across bottling, canning, shot bottles, or multipack/Snap Pack assembly is a plus • Experience supporting product launches, scale-ups, or continuous improvement is a plus • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, KPI tracking, or root cause problem solving is a plus
