• Administer AAE (Administrative Asset Entry) work order management processes according to KPIs and SLAs • Maintain and update CMMS in client systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity and compliance • Support internal and external compliance audits and assessments • Partner with operations and client stakeholders to integrate compliance into maintenance activities, work order workflows and process improvements • Facilitate compliance training for operational staff on Life Sciences requirements, CMMS protocols and work order management • Comply with client and JLL policies, procedures and training requirements • Perform other assigned duties
• High School diploma or GED • 3+ years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, audit, facilities or project management related functions within corporate environments • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to Life Sciences, including FDA, GMP, or similar pharmaceutical/biotech facility requirements • Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems in compliance-critical environments • Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify patterns and develop practical solutions • Highly organized with ability to multitask • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or relevant field • Preferred: Professional certification such as CCEP, CIA, or equivalent • Preferred: Experience supporting facilities management or maintenance operations in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device manufacturing environments • Preferred: Familiarity with validation protocols, change control processes and quality management systems in regulated industries • Preferred: Experience implementing compliance technology solutions, CMMS optimization or automation tools • Preferred: Ability to build collaborative relationships across global, matrixed organizations working in Life Sciences accounts
