📋 Description

• Administer AAE (Administrative Asset Entry) work order management processes, ensuring timeliness in accordance with KPIs and SLAs • Maintain and update CMMS in client systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity and compliance with client protocols and industry standards • Support internal and external compliance audits and assessments across the MCAM team and business units • Partner with operations and client stakeholders to integrate compliance considerations into maintenance activities, work order workflows, and process improvements • Support facilitation of compliance training sessions for operational staff on Life Sciences requirements, CMMS protocols, and work order management best practices • Comply with all client and JLL policies, procedures, training requirements, and timelines • Perform other duties as applied

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • 3+ years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, audit, facilities or project management related functions within corporate environments • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to Life Sciences, including FDA, GMP, or similar pharmaceutical/biotech facility requirements • Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems in compliance-critical environments • Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex situations, identify patterns, and develop practical solutions • Highly organized with ability to multitask • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
