📋 Description

• Manage critical features and integrations with project management platforms supporting over 10k users globally • Develop technology platforms for local, regional and global applicability • Map digitized processes end to end and facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops • Identify and deliver strategic outcomes for the PDS business line • Partner with JLL Technologies product and engineering teams on platform integrations with finance and sourcing applications • Manage technology sales support, deployment and refresh, training and compliance • Manage stakeholder relationships, feedback channels and technology platform improvements • Oversee JLL Technologies support deliverables and enable automation and digitization opportunities • Support implementation activities, including standard operating procedures, data migration and end-user training • Manage operating functions through internal resources and shared service centre partners

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology and business operations • Experience working across multiple business lines in a cross-functional role • Experience in a transformational role influencing, motivating and coaching diverse teams through change • Experience collaborating across functions and businesses to achieve results • Ability to communicate with and influence executives and internal and external customers • Ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to technologists • Experience leading deployment of automation, Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies • Experience building repeatable processes and programs • Strong communication and active listening skills • Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all organizational levels • Ethical standards and collaborative approach • Global program and initiative delivery expertise • Ability to work across regions • Ability to present to clients, large groups and senior executives • Ability to influence teams toward a common vision • Ability to manage and develop a diverse team • Project structuring, staffing and management skills • Financial acumen, including income statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting • Structured problem-solving and strategic planning skills • Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations • United States work authorization without visa sponsorship
