📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management • Assist the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate team with delivering quality facility management services • Coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction • Engage in long-term planning for space utilization, technology upgrades and sustainability initiatives • Oversee office relocations, renovations and expansions while minimizing disruption to business operations • Support the Area Manager in implementing short- and long-term client projects • Develop and implement programs, processes and procedures to reduce operating costs and increase productivity • Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting • Develop and manage capital and expense budgets in coordination with the client representative • Develop monthly and quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets for each property • Assist with developing and implementing the annual management plan for buildings within the area • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant • Knowledge of building systems • Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Proficient in MS Office and MS Share Point • Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems • Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) preferred • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems preferred • Experience with oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions preferred
