📋 Description

• Serve as senior operational subject matter expert for a portfolio of site-based campus Facilities Managers • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to drive operational excellence • Act as escalation point for the AMER/LATAM region with the Global Account Director and Operations leadership • Lead validation and ongoing management of the financial budget • Partner with site leaders to develop budgets and identify cost-optimization opportunities • Manage budget adjustments through the formal Change Control Notice process • Provide technical expertise on Building Management Systems, PPM schedules, and asset management • Guide site teams on EHS standards and legislative compliance • Support internal and external audits • Plan and lead complex regional initiatives • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across integrated facilities management services • Champion JLL’s technology stack, including Corrigo and Azara AI, to analyze data and identify performance trends • Produce Global and QBR decks on time • Assist Lease Administration, Transaction Management, PDS, and Sourcing teams • Collaborate with regional FM and Engineering leads and other stakeholders • Navigate competing regional, client, site, and cost-reduction priorities • Partner with Nielsen Media client leadership on change control for budgets, staffing, and scope modifications • Report to the Global Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of progressive experience in integrated facilities management or corporate real estate • Demonstrated expertise managing a multi-site portfolio • Advanced knowledge of IFM principles, including hard and soft services, vendor management, and operational best practices • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex operational issues • Strong financial acumen, including budget oversight, financial analysis, and cost-control strategies within a contractual framework • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to influence stakeholders, guide colleagues, and build strong partnerships • Ability to work independently and manage complex activities with minimal supervision • Preferred: 10+ years of comprehensive IFM experience • Preferred: Experience within a global account model for a creative or technology-focused client • Preferred: Regional leadership experience in a global account structure • Preferred: Experience leading large-scale projects or programs • Preferred: High proficiency with CMMS platforms such as Corrigo and BI/analytics tools • Preferred: Industry certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, NEBOSH, IOSH, or CSP • Preferred: Significant mentoring and expert guidance experience without direct supervisory authority • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
