• Provide leadership and operational management for JLL's Global Derivatives business • Oversee administrative systems, processes, and policies supporting day-to-day operations • Coordinate with Derivatives Heads, Office Heads, Corporate Departments, and associates • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency • Contribute recommendations to business planning and support company-wide initiatives • Prepare strategic plans, marketing presentations, and monthly business reviews • Support annual budget preparation and analyze prior-year budget performance • Manage relationships and contracts with internal and external vendors and service providers • Handle invoice coding and processing, supplier setup, and remittance inquiries • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and respond to accounting information requests • Support revenue reconciliation, fee share credit reporting, accounts receivable actions, and transaction-related requests • Liaise with compliance resources and Derivatives Heads regarding written supervisory policies • Organize information for regulatory reporting • Support the derivatives team's administrative, equipment, office-product, and resource needs • Provide training and guidance on navigating JLL • Supervise staff directly or indirectly as needed • Coordinate IT equipment, system access, provisioning/de-provisioning, and service tickets • Oversee office moves, expansions, and upgrades, including contractor coordination and cost negotiation • Organize office and department activities, company events, staff appreciation activities, and office moves • Communicate new policies, procedures, and best practices to staff • Serve as primary business contact for HR, Accounting, Audit, Marketing, and IT • Maintain and update US and Global Derivatives SharePoint sites • Coordinate with Marketing on events, press releases, newsletters, and JLL publications • Attend team and manager meetings and follow up on action items • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in business operations or management • Experience ideally within financial services, capital markets, or a professional services environment • Experience supporting a trading, treasury, or derivatives-adjacent business is a plus • Prior exposure to JLL's Accounting, Finance, and HR systems and processes preferred • Proficiency with Salesforce and SharePoint administration • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with accounts payable and invoicing systems • Strong working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or Copilot preferred • Working knowledge of financial services compliance frameworks and written supervisory procedures (WSPs) • Exposure to derivatives, capital markets, or broker-dealer operations preferred • Strong project management skills • Vendor negotiation and budget management experience • Effective cross-functional stakeholder management across HR, IT, Marketing, Compliance, and Audit • Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential business and financial information • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
