• Direct, monitor, and enhance specialty pharmacy operations within the Market Access and Trade team • Manage dispensing operations across the specialty pharmacy channel to improve patient access and adherence • Deliver a best-in-class patient and prescriber experience • Collaborate with Patient Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Market Access field teams • Engage external stakeholders in day-to-day program operations and analyze data and KPIs • Monitor specialty pharmacy performance against contractual obligations • Implement specialty pharmacy services, enhancements, and operational efficiencies • Maintain program correspondence, scripting, and collateral through legal and regulatory approval processes • Evaluate specialty pharmacy vendor performance with operations and data analytics teams • Support Quarterly Business Reviews, including preparing materials, communicating vendor expectations, and identifying strategic insights • Develop and communicate key messages to internal and external channel partners • Oversee operational plans, project budgets, expenses, and timelines • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and business rules for distribution programs • Deliver measurable outcomes based on program KPIs and provide program-level reporting to leadership • Lead complex cross-functional projects and influence operational change management • Ensure ethics, quality, and compliance with market access and channel laws • Conduct activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies • Travel approximately 20%
• Bachelor’s degree required • 10–12+ years of related experience in the biopharma industry • Proven, consistent history of high performance across operations-focused roles • 3+ years of experience operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks required • Ability to develop insights from data trends to improve program performance • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team and in an environment of rapid change • Excellent written, organizational, verbal, presentation, and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Approximately 20% travel • Advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy preferred • 3–5 years of healthcare industry customer/vendor management experience strongly preferred • Experience with pre-launch drugs and new product launches preferred
