📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies across AMER • Conduct vendor selection and evaluation processes • Leverage JLL's buying power to achieve savings and operational improvements • Collaborate with account teams and represent the region in cross-functional projects • Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships • Monitor supplier performance against contractual and ESG requirements • Implement supplier improvement initiatives • Conduct stakeholder briefings and client presentations • Report on sourcing activities, performance metrics, savings realization, and strategic initiatives • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements • Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with JLL and client standards • Serve as the main point of contact for account and client teams • Use procurement software such as Jaggaer and Aravo and digital collaboration tools • Conduct supplier analysis and monitor spend and savings • Ensure accurate reporting and streamline sourcing activities and supplier onboarding • Ensure adherence to sourcing, procurement, compliance, ESG, health and safety, and responsible procurement requirements • Directly manage and mentor two sourcing managers • Provide guidance, performance management, and professional development • Identify and implement process enhancements, innovation, and sourcing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills • Organization skills • Strong analytical ability • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 5+ related experience • Supervisory experience preferred • Project management and business transitions experience preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • No visa sponsorship provided
