📋 Description

• Lead procurement efforts supporting multiple programs within the Product Support business area • Foster supplier relationships and administer subcontracts across the acquisition lifecycle • Resolve medium- and high-complexity issues and conflicts in compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate requirements • Nurture relationships with first-tier subcontractors • Provide Supply Chain support for gate and metrics reviews • Perform procurement and supplier management for U.S. Government and commercial contracts • Issue RFQs/RFPs, negotiate agreements, and manage suppliers • Administer high-dollar, complex material and service procurements and subcontracts • Perform source selection, price analysis, negotiations, and supplier-risk identification • Communicate contract, quality, terms, and conditions requirements to suppliers • Manage supplier performance against cost, schedule, and quality requirements • Collaborate with program offices to resolve sourcing issues • Monitor procurement reports and drive company metric performance • Communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance • Assist with training peer procurement professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field preferred • Project planning and management skills, such as MS Project and EVMS • Experience with development-type procurement and major subcontracts • Experience in a SAP-based environment • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including SOW review • Familiarity with ITAR • Demonstrated knowledge/compliance with FAR/DFARS • Experience with Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price contractual vehicles • Experience assessing proposal compliance under FAR 15.4 • No security clearance required
