📋 Description

• Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, professional networking sites, internal databases, and social media platforms • Conduct outbound outreach to active and passive candidates through email, phone, and messaging platforms • Perform initial candidate screening, including qualification and credential review, before transitioning candidates to recruiters • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and high-volume roles • Support recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS updates • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in accordance with US hiring standards • Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience during the early recruitment stages • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting or talent sourcing • Experience recruiting for oil & gas, healthcare or safety-related roles • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Familiarity with sourcing tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer and technology literacy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail when reviewing licenses, certifications, and role requirements • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a recruiting team • Ability to build rapport with candidates and sell the role • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos • Ability to write correspondence and present information effectively • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
