📋 Description

• Partner with Work Dynamics Sales, Solutions, and Service SME stakeholders to manage pricing for new business, renewals/expansions, and opportunity assessments • Develop pricing responses for new business, renewal, and expansion opportunities • Collaborate with JLL teams to integrate pricing inputs into client deliverables and internal tools • Compile benchmarking data to support Workplace Management pricing assumptions • Use pricing tools to develop profitability models covering service-line and global regional pricing for fee modeling and deal approval • Participate in client sessions to validate data and clarify solution development • Work with the Solution Manager and Sales Team on RFP response and business-planning deliverables, including profitability measurement and fee modeling • Complete pricing templates, pricing-related exhibits and schedules, and Commercial Review Board/approval documentation • Support transition by communicating pricing assumptions and models • Promote and maintain process and reporting compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong financial/analytical experience / skills • Knowledge of Work Dynamics business lines and service delivery • Knowledge of JLL sales process (new business and renewals) preferred • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail • Advanced proficiency using Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Independent worker with a team player attitude • Self-starter with focus and ability to drive projects forward • Ability to travel occasionally • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or Accounting • 5 to 10 years of relevant Real Estate experience • Familiarity with account operating expense budgets and P&L’s a plus • This position does not provide visa sponsorship • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
