📋 Description

• Develop and manage project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies • Establish project success criteria aligned with client expectations and JLL standards • Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle • Guide stakeholders through conceptual planning, design development, construction documentation, and approvals • Create and maintain project schedules, monitor milestones and critical path activities, and manage risks and dependencies • Coordinate due diligence and ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and timely • Prepare and manage RFP processes, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract coordination • Oversee vendor, contractor, and project team performance for contractual, regulatory, and client compliance • Contribute to continuous improvement and refinement of JLL best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management environments • Practical experience working with ADA requirements and construction-related compliance standards • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level stakeholders and project teams • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
