📋 Description

• Lead strategic operations programs • Provide field technical support • Manage centralized operations activities • Lead and support engineering staff to develop a high-performing team • Support building operations through integrated facilities management and engineering • Develop and maintain a strategic plan for the engineering team • Manage the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams • Identify and mitigate risks to client facilities • Implement and manage computerized maintenance management systems • Administer the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program • Develop and implement training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements • Oversee the development and implementation of energy management programs • Oversee engineering staff and ensure consistent maintenance management practices across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) • Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos • Ability to write simple correspondence and instructions • Ability to explain operational and mechanical issues in a clear and basic format • Ability to effectively communicate and present information with customers, clients, and other employees • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field (preferred) • Experience with energy management and efficiency programs (preferred) • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (preferred) • Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations (preferred) • Experience developing and implementing standard processes for utility consumption reporting (preferred)
