📋 Description

• Providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets • Implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate clients existing systems • Developing analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes • Conducting ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan • Overseeing root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures

🎯 Requirements

• BS in an Engineering discipline, mechanical or electrical preferred • Five to 10 years’ experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods • Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection & diagnostics • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems • Able to use variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools
