📋 Description

• Lead and manage project managers executing large-scale data center campus builds • Mentor, guide, and support project managers' professional growth • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources for complex data center programs • Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies for multi-phase data center construction • Oversee campus-scale project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery • Coordinate with clients and various stakeholders to align projects with client goals • Champion collaboration with cross-functional teams locally and globally across all phases of delivery • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center sector with the business development team • Contribute to PDS team growth and client relationship development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field • 15+ years of experience in project management • Strong track record delivering complex, large-scale data center campus builds or programs • Extensive hands-on experience managing data center campus builds, including multiple data halls, support buildings, and critical infrastructure across multi-phase development programs • Expertise coordinating utility infrastructure, power distribution systems, cooling plants, and site-wide MEP systems • Experience managing multi-building data center developments from design through commissioning and handover • Experience leading and managing high-performing teams • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Experience driving process improvements on campus-scale developments • Strong financial acumen and experience managing large project budgets ($100M+) and financial reporting • Excellent client management skills with data center clients and hyperscalers • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field • Preferred: Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, Six Sigma, or CDCP • Preferred: Experience delivering hyperscale data center campuses exceeding 100MW • Preferred: Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier Standards and Tier III/IV certifications • Preferred: Experience in global organizations and multicultural teams • Preferred: Knowledge of project management software and data center construction technologies • Preferred: Business development experience securing data center project opportunities • Preferred: Understanding of data center design standards, MEP systems, power distribution, cooling systems, and commissioning processes • Preferred: Familiarity with fast-track delivery, modular construction, and prefabrication strategies
