📋 Description

• Serve as category manager and primary procurement authority for Integrated Facilities Management services supporting a dedicated client account • Own category strategy, sourcing approach, supplier management, governance, and sourcing execution • Create and execute sourcing plans focused on cost savings or best value, supplier consolidation, optimization, and sustainability • Standardize scopes of work, work order data, service schedules, and category documentation • Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and risk exposure • Negotiate, draft, and execute supplier contracts • Ensure supplier compliance with contractual terms, service level agreements, performance requirements, and applicable policies • Manage contract lifecycle milestones including renewals, amendments, and terminations • Partner with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual compliance and approvals • Independently lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes from initiation through award and contract execution • Perform supplier due diligence and assessments • Develop scopes of work, evaluation criteria, and structured timelines • Facilitate supplier communications and cross-functional stakeholder engagement • Lead negotiations and prepare award recommendations • Ensure effective transition to operations during implementation • Analyze spend data, supplier performance metrics, and cost structures • Build and maintain data models, summaries, and evaluation tools • Perform data cleaning, manipulation, and comparative analysis • Translate raw data into actionable recommendations • Provide detailed status updates to Supply Chain and business stakeholders • Collaborate with clients and JLL teams including Sourcing, Facilities, and Finance • Guide operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and supplier onboarding processes • Maintain supplier documentation, compliance certifications, and audit-ready records • Maintain accountability for supplier relationships and documentation within the assigned category

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories • Facility services experience highly desired • Consistently available during standard business hours, e.g. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST • Reliable access to a desk, computer, phone, email, and video conferencing systems such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams • Ability to independently lead complex RFx processes from cradle to grave • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis • Experience managing IFM or facilities-related procurement categories preferred • Experience with JLL procurement systems such as Jaggaer, Corrigo, or Aravo highly desired • Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence professionally • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to participate in real-time virtual meetings and support operational needs
