📋 Description

• Ensure procurement, risk and contract compliance requirements are met and maintained • Manage supplier contract relationship documentation • Answer client and JLL questions related to the contracts process • Provide data entry and management support via Jaggaer and Corrigo • Maintain contract database data integrity and other data management tools • Complete supplier onboarding due diligence, including Corrigo administration • Administer supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents • Prioritize, communicate, coordinate and manage contract amendments with suppliers and operations teams • Manage incoming and outgoing transition plans for service providers • Audit sourcing and contracting policies and procedures for compliance • Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contractual terms and approvals • Track correspondence and authorizations in accurate files • Support resolution of Certificates of Insurance compliance components • Manage COI, Attestation and administration questions, exceptions and data across platforms • Engage in RFPs and other strategic projects • Facilitate new supplier onboarding through Aravo

🎯 Requirements

• Project management or sourcing experience preferred • Strong oral and written communication and inter-personal skills • Organization skills with strong analytical ability • Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
