📋 Description

• Support US Commercial Strategic Imperatives for the Johnson & Johnson Rare Disease portfolio • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with national and regional KOLs • Develop KOL profiles, engagement and communication plans, and validate commercial target lists • Monitor KOL insights into treatment patterns and provide input into business plans • Address customer service needs and coordinate cross-functional action plans • Liaise between KOLs and Johnson & Johnson for approved commercial activities • Attend and coordinate regional and national congresses • Identify speakers and coordinate KOL engagement activities • Facilitate commercial advisory boards and recruit KOLs for commercial initiatives • Collaborate with marketing on positioning, campaigns, strategies, and messaging • Align with Medical Science Liaisons on complementary initiatives • Identify, contract, train, coach, and assess qualified speakers • Manage speaker utilization, program logistics, compliance, and training meetings • Synthesize feedback for promotional programming, case studies, publications, and commercial projects • Deliver education opportunities supporting Healthcare Providers in warm Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia disease management and treatment • Develop relationships with academic institutions and health systems to address policy, business, and formulary issues • Identify growth opportunities and risks and implement strategies with field partners • Build advocacy with future clinical champions, including residents, fellows, NP/PAs, and community hematologists • Support corporate initiatives through tactical execution aligned with TLL responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent is required • At least 10 years of combined Hematology, Rare Disease, or other related industry experience • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in clinical liaison, thought leader management, key account management, or clinical sales • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding expectations • Demonstrated ability to lead teams directly and indirectly • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business situations and identify trends and creative business solutions • Strong scientific acumen and business mindset • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Exceptional organizational skills • Fluency in articulating complex scientific concepts and data • Ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment • Ability to work effectively in large and small teams and remotely • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Understanding of laws, regulations, and rules governing the pharmaceutical industry and compliant interactions with Healthcare Providers • Ability to travel 60%-70%
