📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for performance reporting capabilities, dashboards, and analytics products within the PRIME platform • Partner with commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and reporting success metrics • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Data teams to deliver scalable reporting products • Drive product discovery, sprint planning, release management, user acceptance testing, and continuous product improvement • Monitor product adoption, reporting quality, user satisfaction, and business outcomes to identify enhancement opportunities • Ensure reporting products align with enterprise data governance, platform standards, and regulatory requirements • Serve as the day-to-day product owner for assigned reporting capabilities • Facilitate cross-functional product ceremonies • Travel domestically and/or internationally as defined by the hiring manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting solutions • Experience delivering reporting, dashboard, or analytics products using agile product management practices • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills • Working knowledge of business intelligence platforms, data visualization, analytics, SQL, and modern software development methodologies • Experience supporting commercial reporting, enterprise analytics platforms, or AI-enabled reporting products • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries • Willingness to travel 10%
