📋 Description

• Serve as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System • Drive procedure sales, support, utilization, and user-base expansion within qualified accounts • Develop and execute quarterly business plans for procedure sales and disposable sales revenue targets • Maintain a detailed, frequently updated strategic territory business plan • Present sales forecasts to sales management consistently • Partner with Field Sales Territory Managers on strategic capital-system and procedure-sales activities • Lead technical and clinical product demonstrations to support sales and adoption • Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales • Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocols with sales and service teams • Support new customers in clinical adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics technologies • Help customers achieve clinical and economic goals and drive customer satisfaction and utilization • Educate physicians and staff on product use

🎯 Requirements

• Must develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all Ottava Surgical Robotics products • Firm grasp of industry trends and market trends • Ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition • Ability to work in a field-based clinical support environment with frequent travel across the assigned territory • Extensive time in hospital and procedural settings, including case support, education, and customer coordination • Comfort working autonomously while partnering closely with the broader commercial team
