📋 Description

• Serve as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System • Drive procedure sales, support, and utilization of Ottava Surgical Robotics products • Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales revenue targets • Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user base within qualified accounts • Maintain a detailed, frequently updated strategic territory business plan • Present sales forecasts to sales management • Partner with Field Sales Territory Managers to maximize capital system and procedure sales • Lead technical and clinical product demonstrations • Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales • Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocols with sales and service teams • Support new customers in clinical adoption of Ottava technologies • Help customers achieve clinical and economic goals and increase utilization and satisfaction • Educate physicians and staff on product use

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical Sales Representative for the Melbourne, FL territory for Ottava • Frequent travel across the assigned territory • Extensive time in hospital and procedural settings, including case support, education, and customer coordination • Comfort working autonomously while partnering closely with the broader commercial team • Expert-level knowledge of all Ottava Surgical Robotics products • Firm grasp of industry and market trends • Ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition
