📋 Description

• Serve as the point person for end-to-end program development and clinical success for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System • Drive procedure sales, disposable sales, utilization, and user-base expansion within qualified accounts • Develop and execute quarterly business plans for assigned territories • Maintain a detailed, frequently updated strategic territory business plan • Present sales forecasts to sales management consistently • Partner with Field Sales Territory Managers to maximize capital system and procedure sales • Lead clinical and technical product demonstrations supporting sales and adoption • Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales • Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption protocols with sales and service teams • Support new customers in clinical adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics technologies • Help customers achieve clinical and economic goals and improve satisfaction and utilization • Educate physicians and staff on product use • Provide case support, education, and customer coordination in hospital and procedural settings

🎯 Requirements

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all Ottava Surgical Robotics products • Firm grasp of industry and market trends • Ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition • Ability to lead clinical and technical product discussions and demonstrations • Ability to develop and execute business plans for assigned territories • Ability to support clinical adoption, post-sales installation, implementation, and utilization • Comfort working autonomously in a field-based clinical support environment • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory • Comfort working extensively in hospital and procedural settings • Required skills section contains no specified requirements; listed skills are marked Preferred Skills
