📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of customer-driven district strategy and coordinated district business plans aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes • Directly supervise Sales Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation execution • Provide field-based and virtual coaching to improve selling effectiveness, clinical execution, and territory business planning • Lead demand generation and care transitions execution across multiple settings, including local community hospitals where applicable • Maintain expert knowledge of approved clinical information and relevant guidelines for the Neuroscience portfolio • Analyze district performance, market dynamics, and execution inputs to identify gaps and opportunities and convert insights into priorities and actions • Partner with Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to coordinate execution and improve customer experience • Set performance and behavioral expectations, address gaps, and reinforce accountability, inclusion, and team effectiveness • Adhere to healthcare compliance policies and guidelines and reinforce compliance across the team • Use approved AI-enabled tools to enhance planning, opportunity identification, and performance insights while maintaining privacy, data integrity, and policy alignment • Manage staffing, team development, local strategic plans, resource allocation, customer interactions, budgets, and expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred • Valid driver’s license issued in one of the fifty United States • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Southwest geography • Experience driving cross-functional alignment, removing barriers, and mobilizing resources to achieve shared district outcomes • Experience gaining commitment and action through guided leadership, setting clear expectations, and leading teams through change with accountability and empathy • Experience conducting structured coaching with development objectives, timely feedback, and follow-up leading to sustained improvement • Experience providing ongoing feedback and creating learning and development opportunities • Experience translating business goals and data into actionable district plans, priorities, and execution expectations • Experience using performance data and insights to identify gaps, make decisions, and coach others, including approved AI-enabled tools while maintaining privacy, data integrity, and policy alignment • Preferred: experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic area • Preferred: experience with large account management and access and reimbursement dynamics • Preferred: prior direct people management experience • Preferred: commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI • Preferred: experience building team AI literacy and confidence
