📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of VELYS Clinical Managers • Provide performance feedback, career development discussions, and succession planning • Establish standards, policies, operating rhythms, and SOPs for clinical excellence and launch execution • Manage regional team workflows, performance metrics, compliance requirements, timelines, and budgets • Own regional VELYS account execution and portfolio strategy across the customer lifecycle • Prioritize launches and allocate clinical resources across accounts • Drive VELYS adoption, utilization, surgeon onboarding, account growth, and expansion opportunities • Build strategic relationships with surgeons, hospital leaders, health-system stakeholders, and commercial partners • Support executive business reviews, customer escalations, complex account challenges, and strategic growth opportunities • Align Sales, Clinical, Education, Marketing, Field Service, Utilization, and Commercial Operations around shared priorities • Surface systemic barriers and mobilize organizational resources • Provide senior leadership with account intelligence, recommendations, and forward-looking insights • Champion AI-enabled tools, intelligent agents, automation, CRM, and analytics platforms • Develop scalable dashboards and workflows to identify adoption barriers, account risks, and growth opportunities • Maintain human oversight and governance over AI-enabled decision-support tools • Improve launch execution, utilization management, resource allocation, and operational scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams • Proven ability to build organizational capability in a cross-matrix environment • Strong financial and business understanding, linking clinical execution, adoption, customer value, and capital investment to commercial success • Executive presence to engage surgeons, hospital leaders, and internal stakeholders • Ability to influence cross-functional initiatives without direct authority • Ability to translate complex data and customer insights into clear priorities and actionable strategies • Proficiency in CRM, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies • Skilled at managing resources in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
