📋 Description

• Provide initial diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance for employee hardware, laptops, operating systems, and corporate software applications • Support the office local area network, internet routing equipment, printing infrastructure, and server backup systems • Partner with geologists and field engineers on file transfers and remote data-sharing networks • Ensure secure transmission of geo-survey data from field locations to office workstations • Implement regular Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cloud backup protocols • Confirm anti-virus software remains updated to protect sensitive data • Maintain an inventory database for digital assets, software licenses, field tablets, and peripheral hardware • Ensure communication platforms, video conferencing solutions, and organizational data structures function optimally • Report to management while supporting both on-site and remote staff

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive, analytical, and technically proficient • Experience or ability to support employee hardware, laptops, Windows and macOS operating systems, and corporate software applications • Knowledge of office LANs, internet routing equipment, printing infrastructure, and server backup systems • Ability to facilitate file transfers and organize remote data-sharing networks • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cloud backup protocols • Ability to maintain updated anti-virus software • Ability to manage digital assets, software licenses, field tablets, and peripheral hardware inventories • Ability to support communication platforms and video conferencing solutions • Ability to work with geologists, field engineers, corporate staff, and on-site staff
