📋 Description

• Build and manage candidate pipelines for assigned accounts • Write and send candidate outreach and monitor performance • Monitor customer product adoption • Analyze data, identify trends, solve customer problems, and inform decision-making • Maintain current roles and settings in the RippleMatch platform • Manage projects supporting account-specific and Customer Success objectives • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver customer ROI • Support ad hoc customer requests • Resolve customer issues with product-focused solutions • Relay feedback to advocate for customer and candidate product improvements • Maintain accurate and active candidate pipelines to help students find jobs

🎯 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or customer-focused role; internships, academic projects, and relevant coursework count • Data-driven problem-solving ability • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or data visualization is a plus • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage complex workflows and maintain accurate data • Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and follows through on solutions • Interest in technology, data, and recruiting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate findings, recommendations, and updates • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment • Willingness to become an expert in a SaaS platform • Experience with startups, SaaS, recruiting technology, analytics, project management, or operations is a plus
