📋 Description

• Provide Tier 1 support with timely, consistent guidance and issue resolution across People Team topics using internal knowledge bases and systems • Process employee lifecycle events while ensuring data accuracy and compliance • Administer Unemployment Insurance and Worker’s Compensation claims, including initial incident responses and coordination with insurance carriers • Handle employment verification requests, including vendor coordination, verbal/written responses, and completion of loan forgiveness forms • Maintain personnel files according to data confidentiality and retention policies • Support new People Team initiatives and contribute to continuous process enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field • 1-3 years of HR generalist/coordinator experience • Experience with ServiceNow and Workday preferred • Knowledge of HR best practices • Experience delivering professional, policy-aligned guidance • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Strong customer service skills • Ability to manage workload and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced, high-pressure environments • Ability to build relationships and foster collaboration with geographically dispersed teams
