📋 Description
• Serve as the primary contact between the organization and ECRI Institute • Coordinate with facility end users and key stakeholders • Assist in optimizing and developing the ECRI Recall Management system • Provide training and support for end users of the Recall system program • Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc enterprise-wide reports and dashboards for supply chain logistics leaders, Risk Management, and subcommittee meetings • Provide operational, data entry, and technical support for recall alert management software • Provide customer service for technical issues, data updates, and end-user training • Lead assigned projects supporting ministry objectives for quality, risk, and safety • Provide requesting departments with reports on recall notification status
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of Purchasing/Supply Chain experience required • Must live within driving distance to one of Franciscan's campuses • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Up to 20% travel required
