📋 Description

• Monitor and respond to King Arthur Baking audiences on social media and other online platforms • Answer questions, amplify positive comments, de-escalate sensitive situations, and proactively engage audiences to support the brand and campaigns • Answer basic baking and product questions • Handle moderately challenging questions with support from Digital Engagement Team Lead, Digital Engagement Specialist II members, and relevant teams • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary • Participate in team problem solving and decision making • Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers • Contribute to a positive and safe work environment • Adhere to company-wide green norms and remain educated on company impact campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field • Degree or certification in baking and/or pastry, or comparable experience in a professional kitchen setting • Comfort with and practical knowledge of from-scratch baking • Exceptional writing skills, including grammar, spelling, conveying complex ideas and concepts, and creatively connecting with an audience • Ability to recognize tone and context and represent the King Arthur brand appropriately • Experience managing social media platforms, online tools, and mobile apps • Ability to work rapidly with high volumes of messages without sacrificing response quality • Ability to participate in team problem solving and decision making • Ability to answer home bakers’ recipe questions • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods • Remote work environment meeting KAB standards • Indoor office space with an adjustable monitor for standing or sitting
