• Provide day-to-day oversight of the LTSS program, including administration, implementation, supervision, communication and strategy • Organize programs and activities in accordance with the organization’s mission and goals • Develop new programs or expand and manage existing programs to support strategic direction • Implement and manage changes and interventions to achieve program goals and initiatives • Manage assigned team members, including supervision, evaluation and administrative duties • Create and manage long-term goals • Develop the program budget and operating plan • Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify improvement areas • Ensure goals are met for customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance • Produce accurate and timely program status reports • Analyze program risks and make appropriate adjustments • Satisfy job-specific obligations and comply with organizational policies and procedures
• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Minimum of 3 years managing people, processes, or projects (Required) • Skills in fundraising, group problem solving, leadership, project and function management, organizing, Waterfall Model and working independently • Pennsylvania residency • Does not qualify for J-1 waiver
