📋 Description

• Coordinate management of multiple related projects toward a common business objective • Partner with business leaders to envision, define, initiate, and strategically plan company programs • Develop program road maps and implementation plans • Establish and manage program governance structures • Manage communications with stakeholders, sponsors, project managers, and program teams • Perform program risk management and escalate program issues • Coordinate and monitor scheduling, financial, and technical performance • Perform master resource planning and optimize resource allocation across projects • Facilitate cost-benefit analyses and ROI development • Develop budgets, financial projections, and forecasted ROI • Aid contract and contractual-change negotiations and coordinate proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions • Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules and facilitate solutions to program problems • Direct work of project team members from various departments • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver intended business results and value • Advise program teams on projects, tasks, and operations • Build effective matrixed teams and inspire a shared program vision • Communicate roles and expectations to project managers • Coach matrixed project managers and provide performance input to managers • Create and deliver presentations, status updates, and other audience-appropriate information • Gain stakeholder support to lead and manage changes for successful program execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management/program management leading large and complex projects • Minimum 6 years of experience with project management methodologies, concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and/or software packages • Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Ability to navigate complex organizational situations and manage multiple stakeholders • Strong leadership skills to coordinate and motivate project teams • Financial management ability to administer budgets across multiple projects and meet ROI, timing, and budget requirements • Ability to drive results through informal authority and serve as a consultant to business partners • Proven ability to manage program-level risks and issues • Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments • Demonstrated decision-making ability with balanced consideration of business issues • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills • Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills • Strategic skills supporting envisioning, program planning, and forecasting • Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 10% • Discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties • For remote or hybrid roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings
