📋 Description

• Develop and maintain WordPress web pages, templates, and reusable components • Translate UX designs and requirements into responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Follow design systems and coding standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance • Optimize page speed, load times, and cross-device compatibility across browsers and devices • Support analytics tracking, tagging, and data layer implementation • Maintain and update CMS content and page structures • Perform front-end testing and QA for functionality, responsiveness, accessibility, tracking accuracy, and performance before release

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred • 4–7 years of experience in front-end or web development • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Hands-on experience with WordPress, including theme customization, page builders, and CMS management • Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites across devices and screen sizes • Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices • Familiarity with analytics tracking concepts, including GA4, tagging, and data layer concepts • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues • Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles • Ability to optimize pages for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility • Comfort working with UX or design team requirements • Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and standards • Strong collaboration skills with developers, designers, and stakeholders
