📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of rheumatology sales representatives to achieve sales targets and enhance product knowledge • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and improve sales performance within the district • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and challenges • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other rheumatology stakeholders • Organize and participate in presentations, conferences, and medical education events to promote product awareness and understanding • Collaborate with marketing, training, and medical affairs teams to align district sales strategies with corporate goals • Monitor and evaluate team performance using KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities • Oversee the Pacific Northwest territory covering Washington, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Idaho

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales • At least 2 years of experience in a management role within rheumatology or a related therapeutic area • In-depth knowledge of rheumatology diseases, treatment options, and market dynamics • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing high-performing teams • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
