📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, mentor, develop, and retain District Managers and Sales Specialists • Develop and execute business plans aligned with business and brand strategies • Deliver compliant product sales growth for the Hematology portfolio • Analyze sales and operations data to monitor performance and identify opportunities and barriers • Develop corrective plans and apply resources to improve team results and sales-force effectiveness • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners and external partners to optimize access and relationships • Coach partners to build alignment and achieve customer-centric, company-responsible outcomes • Set account goals and objectives and oversee account metrics and business performance • Foster innovative thinking while remaining compliant with Company standards • Carry out responsibilities in adherence to the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required • A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience • A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry • Prior people management experience • Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight/weekend travel
