📋 Description

• Identify potential ACM customers and partner with Commercial and Field Sales teams to drive engagement with key customer targets • Present the Advance Case Management (ACM) solution to surgeons, C-suite executives, IT, and administrative staff • Lead ACM deployments with customers in assigned regions, including remote and onsite activities and training • Achieve annual site and surgeon deployment goals • Support ongoing ACM use by customers and Field Sales stakeholders by reviewing metrics and data and addressing issues • Drive ACM awareness and education among Commercial and Field Sales leaders • Lead and participate in professional/commercial education courses, labs, and industry conferences • Indirectly manage and influence stakeholders across Field and Customer Solutions, IT, Legal, Contracting, Commercial, and HCC • Build relationships with Area VPs, Regional Managers, Distributor Principals, Sales Consultants, and Commercial Platform teams • Work with F&CS Operations and Platform teams on marketing materials, implementation processes, reporting needs, and tools • Support development and management of other digital solutions and participate in company projects and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required; graduate degree preferred • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital Health or Engineering • Strong collaboration, partnering, and negotiation skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong planning and organizational skills • Healthcare industry/environment experience preferred • Orthopedic sales or marketing experience preferred • Knowledge of orthopedic products preferred • People management experience preferred • Experience with managing EMR/EHR integrations preferred • May require up to 25% domestic travel to other locations and sites
