📋 Description

• Lead small initiatives within your squad in partnership with Product and Design. • Lead large initiatives within your squad in partnership with Product and Design. • Help lead your domain, owning multiple initiatives from inception to completion. • Collaborate on technical vision while promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Champion the maintenance and continuous improvement of an observable, secure, and efficient codebase. • Lead and mentor engineers in career development, encouraging skill enhancement and ownership opportunities. • Partner with product, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders throughout the product delivery lifecycle in order to achieve outcomes that align with company objectives. • Participate in an on-call rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Engineer I: 5+ years of full-stack experience building well-architected systems at scale. • Senior Engineer II: 6+ years of full-stack experience building well-architected systems at scale. • Track record of leading and delivering complex projects by partnering with others to define and scope smaller deliverables that yield incremental value to the business and customers. • Desire to work in a high-velocity environment, continuously learning, and mastering your craft. • If you're a front-end specialist, you have experience building great user experiences with an eye for design. • If you’re a backend specialist, you’re proficient in modern backend system design and architecture.
