Groups Recover Together is a recovery support organization that specializes in helping individuals regain control of their lives from substance use disorders, particularly focusing on opioid recovery. 📋 Description

• Answer all calls within established guidelines in a welcoming, energetic manner • Explain the organization’s structure and eligibility criteria to prospective and current members • Provide informed answers to clinical questions and identify, assist, and follow through on caller needs • Initiate client Biopsychosocial Assessments using motivational interviewing techniques to determine program eligibility • Schedule initial intake appointments using the EMR • Facilitate seamless client intake and coordinate client no-shows with clinic coordinators • Create a positive member experience and develop therapeutic rapport with clients • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate's degree preferred • Minimum 1 year of experience in human services, healthcare, or a customer service professional role • Retail, medical, or hospitality experience preferred • Friendly, clear, and warm phone communication style • Strong communication, critical thinking, judgment, prioritization, and customer service skills • Enthusiasm to learn best practices for treating opioid dependency • Comfort working with multiple IT systems, applications, and tools • Ability to work independently under general supervision • Ability to understand and adhere to the Code of Conduct • Reliable internet and telephone services, with at least 10M download and 5M upload speeds • Strong WiFi signal from the remote work location • Must meet pre-employment requirements and applicable state and job-related background-screening guidelines • May require fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid, and license/credential verifications depending on state-specific requirements • Ability to talk, hear, sit, and use hands and fingers; occasional standing, walking, and reaching; close vision
