📋 Description

• Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery • Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals • Secure patients’ upfront payments and direct patients to financial assistance programs where needed • Support activities needed to ensure clean claims on hold and denial management, including follow-up on missing paperwork • Assist the Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed • Facilitate new patients’ transition to Option Care Health services and home/AIS care • Prepare patients for Option Care Health services in conjunction with Sales

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of two years of related experience required • Ability to multitask and support numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a high degree of quality focus • High degree of customer service skills • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and collaborate with cross-functional sales and operations teams • Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred
