📋 Description

• Support a lead Project Manager on various scopes of an overall project • Assist in managing construction and fabrication activities for assigned projects • Maintain Smartsheet schedules • Prepare invoicing documentation • Support internal production release processes • Coordinate paperwork needed for design, permitting, and installation • Manage mid-sized projects with Project Manager or Director oversight • Support the project team with daily project coordination • Maintain current knowledge of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deadlines • Support multi-site projects with assigned clients or programs • Review and update progress and cost reports, schedules, and completion requirements • Maintain ERP and project records for submittals, RFIs, change requests, commitments, and design logs • Communicate project deviations to affected teams promptly • Review product specifications for quality control before and after installation • Coordinate design requests and engineering schedules • Develop and update customer reports • Travel to job sites as needed • Procure materials, tools, equipment, and vendors as required • Support, coordinate, and manage sign installations and remediation plans • Track project gross profit margins and budgets to keep costs within estimates • Perform other work assigned by the Directors of Project Management

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering, construction or related field to project management • At least two years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume professional office setting, supporting engineering, project management or construction • Healthcare accounts, rebrand or program sign experience highly desirable • Stable work history showing progression in responsibility and growth • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite to include Excel, Work, Outlook • Experience with Bluebeam for design input and Smartsheet or project scheduling software preferred • Possible travel of up to 5-15% • Consistently detail oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to communication at all levels of an organization effectively; orally and written • Must be comfortable interacting with customers such as general contractors, engineers, architects and project owners • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities within establish deadlines • Strive to achieve ambitious goals; loves to be challenged, determine to succeed, works tirelessly to achieve establish goal, not only personally but as assigned • Work as a team member and operate with the understanding that we do our best when we work together
