📋 Description

• Guide enterprise customers through complex migrations from legacy identity and directory architectures to JumpCloud’s Open Directory Platform • Act as a technical advisor helping organizations modernize identity management, consolidate tooling, and establish secure access architectures • Establish and own subject matter expertise across enterprise IAM, complex Microsoft ecosystems, and modern device management • Facilitate discovery sessions and technical workshops for Professional Services engagements and projects • Define migration milestones and technical roadmaps while mitigating architectural scope gaps • Execute hands-on technical deployments and directory cutovers, including Active Directory, Okta, and Google Workspace migrations • Manage high-complexity enterprise customer engagements with Customer Success counterparts • Contribute technical documentation, guides, cross-departmental collaboration, go-to-market efforts, and strategic technical conversations • Update internal processes and knowledge and mentor newer team members • Drive platform adoption, time-to-value, enterprise retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise identity architecture design and technical discovery facilitation for large-scale customer environments • Proven track record executing end-to-end directory migrations and integrations enabling automated JML functions • Deep implementation expertise in SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, JIT, and RADIUS • Multi-OS device management and policy deployment across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android • Advanced understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Intune, Microsoft 365, and AVD • Understanding of identity governance, zero-trust security frameworks, SSH, SMB/Samba, and Kerberos • Knowledge of Professional Services delivery methodologies, customer engagement governance, and adoption tracking • Knowledge of JumpCloud Admin Console or equivalent cloud identity and directory platforms • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM (ABM/ASM), Jamf, and related device-management tools • Familiarity with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and MCPs • Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Bash, and REST APIs • Ability to clearly communicate complex architectural concepts to technical administrators and executive stakeholders • Structured analytical problem-solving and rigorous time management across concurrent customer engagements • Proactive partnership across Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Product teams • Fluent spoken and written English • Must be located within one of the 50 U.S. States
