📋 Description

• Work directly with GP clients to identify workflows where custom AI agents create leverage • Run discovery and translate ambiguous business problems into requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria • Carry solutions from prototyping and client validation through hardening, deployment, and production rollout • Design and build agentic systems, including retrieval and context design, tool and MCP integration, orchestration, evaluation harnesses, observability, and cost controls • Operate client-edge solutions independently and partner with platform and product engineering teams • Make engineering trade-offs that preserve reliability, security, and maintainability • Own deployed solutions through adoption, post-launch support, user-feedback iteration, and ongoing operation • Produce documentation, train users, and manage rollouts • Set the technical bar for less experienced engineers and help them run engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience shipping production software end to end, with hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications • Track record of owning delivery, not just implementation • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into requirements and deliver working software • Full-stack engineering capability across data, services, user interfaces, and infrastructure • Hands-on infrastructure ownership deploying and operating applications on a major cloud provider • Working knowledge of containers, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and production monitoring • Direct experience working with external clients or customers • Fluency with AI-assisted development and ability to understand, debug, and defend everything shipped • Strong product judgment in scope definition, prioritization, and release completion • Excellent written communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Experience in private markets, financial services, or another regulated, data-sensitive domain is nice to have • Familiarity with application security, client-data handling, SOC 2 obligations, and multi-tenant isolation is nice to have • Experience building evaluation and regression testing for non-deterministic systems is nice to have • Consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering background is nice to have
