📋 Description

• Design and run client sessions focused on practical AI application and behavior change • Demonstrate AI results quickly and tailor demonstrations to clients' actual work • Adapt facilitation approach in real time to different audience needs • Serve as primary client contact between sessions and maintain adoption momentum • Provide follow-up support through asynchronous videos, Slack or Teams channels, and direct outreach • Advise clients on AI strategy, AI policies, and team-specific adoption challenges • Own day-to-day client relationship logistics, with scheduling handled by others • Maintain current working knowledge of relevant AI tools and evaluate unfamiliar tools quickly • Surface cross-client patterns about what resonates, where audiences get stuck, and why • Report to the company's delivery leadership • Travel to client sites for a portion of engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience training, teaching, or coaching adults, specifically with executive or senior-leadership audiences • Experience directly owning client relationships • Quantifiable track record of moving groups from resistant or skeptical to actively adopting a new tool, process, or behavior, including metrics proving adoption • Hands-on experience using AI in own work • Comfort being challenged live by a skeptical executive without relying on a script
